Harry Martin is the Director of Advanced Technologies for Verizon Wireless' Philadelphia Tri-State Region. In this role, Harry leads a team responsible for overseeing the company's rollout of the latest, cutting-edge wireless data devices and advanced services in one of the nation's most competitive wireless markets.
He is also responsible for working closely with the company's regional CEO and its sales directors heading up the company's distribution channels to ensure an exceptional customer experience for consumers and business customers. Additionally, Harry's team plays a key role in the educating and training of more than 1,600 employees that serve the region to ensure they are well-positioned to serve as experts and "evangelists" for the company's products and services.
Harry has more than three decades of industry experience, spanning landline telecomm and wireless. He has served in positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, customer service, and data solutions sales during his career with Bell Atlantic Mobile, Verizon Wireless' legacy company, leading up to his current position with Verizon Wireless.

He is recognized as one of the nation's leading experts in analyzing needs and providing strategic wireless communications solutions. His customers have included some of the nation's leading enterprises, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. Harry's leadership has also been key to Verizon Wireless' deployment and integration of mobile wireless data technology to some of the nation's largest public safety entities such as the Philadelphia Police Department, New Jersey and Delaware State Police. Over his career, he has delivered 100s of presentations to industry trade associations, Chambers of Commerce, and technology-focused organizations on topics related to driving return on investment through adoption of wireless communications solutions.

Harry is a sought-after subject matter expert for news media outlets and has been widely quoted in print articles, television and radio interviews providing insights on emerging trends and the latest and greatest in wireless communications technology.

Active the community, Harry commits his time and resources to the Horsham Township Chamber of Commerce, PERF (Police Executive Research Forum). Born and raised in the City of Philadelphia, Harry is a former PAL kid and is passionate about giving back to the organization. He spearheads his team's involvement in several company initiatives held annually to support PAL youngsters.
